Despite Darwin’s claim that tears served no real need,

Yet when they fall, every emotions within plead.

From babies' wails to lovers’ sighs,

Each drop sends a signal, a heartfelt tie.

Once thought to originate from heart's deep well,

Now we have discovered where their secrets dwell.

They are a mixture of sorrow, joy, and strife,

They connect us, exudes shared life.

So let’s embrace this fluid grace,

As they let us find our place.

In vulnerability, we find our power,

Tears bloom like hope in a darkened hour.
